How it works

You choose who can contact you

We introduce people to providers. We don't choose a provider for you, make NDIS eligibility decisions, or guarantee a booking.

How a mutual match works

  1. 1You compare
  2. 2You request an intro
  3. 3Provider accepts
  4. 4Details unlock

1. Tell us what you're looking for

Choose a service, your general area and timing. Language, access needs and other preferences are optional. You'll see exactly what is stored and who can see it before you submit.

2. Compare up to five options

We suggest up to five providers that offer the service, cover your area and currently have capacity. Each one shows a short "why this matches" explanation. A fit label describes service fit only — it is not a rating of quality.

3. Request an introduction

Pick a provider and tap Request introduction. They see an anonymous summary: the service, broad area, timing and relevant preferences. They don't see your name, phone, email, address, date of birth, NDIS number or documents.

4. Provider accepts, details unlock

If the provider accepts, you're matched. You both see the contact details needed to talk, and we record which details were shared and when. If they decline, nothing about you is shared and you can choose another option.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw an introduction before it's accepted, or cancel a match afterwards. When a match is cancelled, access stops. The history stays so there is a clear record.
