What we collect

• Account details: email and display name
• Request details: service, general area, timing and optional preferences
• Contact details you choose to give: name, email, phone, suburb, optional notes

We don't ask for NDIS plan documents or your NDIS number to make a request.

Who can see it

• Providers you request see an anonymous summary only.
• Your contact details are shared with one provider only after you request them and they accept.
• Authorised staff can view records for legitimate operational reasons. Every access is logged with a reason.

Your choices

You can withdraw a request or cancel a match at any time. Contact us to access, correct or delete your information.
